Bears, Worms, Burpees - Oh My!

3 Rounds for Time
30 yard Bear Crawl
30 yard Inch worms with push-up
30 yard burpee broad jump

To easily/approximately measure 30 yards, step-off 36 steps.

If you're low on room, you can do like this guy and just go back and forth, do 6 per set.

50 Air Squats
100 Jump Ropes - if you have double unders, do 50 Double Unders instead.

Make sure you aren't cheating your squats, get as low as you can, and if you're not sure put something under your behind to touch each time. You simply are not getting the same workout if you aren't squatting low enough.


Sometimes these that look simple, are the hardest. Let us know what you think!

5 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

1 Round = 10 Air Squats, 10 Push-Ups, 10 Sit-Ups
